Our District 9 Senior Center is now open. The D9 Center is the City’s second senior center built from the ground up and designed specifically for the programming and functions of Senior Services Division.
The 26,360 sq. foot center, is situated on a six-acre lot adjacent to the Walker Ranch Historic Landmark Park, includes
- a main dining hall
- exercise rooms
- computer lab
- activity space for senior specific programming
- City Council District 9 satellite office

Transportation
Senior transportation service is available at all city-operated Senior Centers. On average 103,300 one way trips are provided to city operated Senior Centers.
Seniors enrolled at any of the city operated Senior Centers and live within a five-mile radius of the center may qualify for morning pick-up and afternoon drop-off to and from the senior center.
Seniors can check at their center site for availability of this service.
