Time is near for our Annual HOA General Meeting. 

Time to Vote

Recently a paper ballot was delivered to each home in the Gardens. Here is a summary of its contents.

  • One ballot per each household with current HOA membership.
  • Bring ballot with you to the General Meeting on April 16. 
  • If you cannot attend the General Meeting, deliver your ballot to a HOA Board Member (i.e., a Block Captain or a member of the Executive Board) before April 16.

HOA General Meeting

The handout also included the agenda for the General Meeting. This includes a review of the annual finances, and a discussion about raising HOA dues in 2024.  There will also be an open floor discussion of any other topics you would like to discuss.

Spring Fling

Attendees are asked to bring:

  • a dessert and/or an appetizer to share
  • your beverage of choice
  • a chair since the General Meeting will be included.
