We have great fun catching up with everyone. In case you missed the last one, here is a recipe for the wonderful Butter Pecan Toffee Cookies, provided by Mary Jane Medlin.
Butter Pecan Toffee Cookies
- Betty Crocker Butter Pecan Cake Mix
- ½ cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 bag Heath Toffee Bits
- 1-1/2 cups pecan pieces
Add cake mix to a mixing bowl, along with eggs and oil. Mix well. Stir in toffee and pecans. Chill batter for one hour.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Drop dough in mounds using the back of a spoon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
